B and B Consulting Services (BBCS) was created to offer staffing and consulting services to a wide range of businesses, from Fortune 1000 firms to small- and medium-sized businesses. We love our jobs and we love to find the best people possible for our client’s openings.
When we started BBCS in 1998, we wanted to create a company that was small and responsive by design. We wanted to stay small so our team of professionals could get to know every one of our clients and candidates personally.
We think that really makes us different in the marketplace. Our size allows us to be more flexible than our competitors. We’ve been known to work weekends and evenings to meet a client’s need. We contact each of our candidates personally to let them know the status of the job they applied for, even if it is just to tell them that a client chose someone else. We firmly believe in mutual respect, trust and honesty and we practice what we preach with everyone we have the pleasure to work with.
As such, we never place a candidate in a position they won’t be happy or effective in. And we never let a client down. We go the extra mile to exceed your expectations at every level of our relationship with you.
We aren’t the biggest staffing and consulting company out there, but we think you’ll really appreciate the personal attention, responsive staff, flexibility and uncompromising quality we offer at BBCS.
BBCS is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and serves clients and candidates nationwide from its headquarters in Winfield, Illinois.

Our Management Team

Leslee Bassett
President of Business Development

Before she cofounded B and B Consulting Services, Leslee assisted with the opening of the strategies business unit of Waste Management’s Corporate Engineering Group. She has also held key positions with Doyen & Associates (now Raymond Professional Group, Inc.) and the RJN Group, where she managed government civil projects for four years.

Leslee has a B.S. in Engineering Technology from Arizona State University. While attending college there, she founded and served as first president of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.
