IDENTIFICATION

After carefully
assessing your needs, we typically prepare a written position
description that outlines the responsibilities of the position,
qualifications required of the model candidate, and criteria
for success.This specification guides our search efforts.
CANDIDATE RESEARCH :
Our
research encompasses our proprietary computer databases of
individuals, corporations, and other sources.
CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION
:
B&B
makes selective calls to our prospects to identify interested,
qualified individuals. During this period, B&B reports progress
frequently to the client.
CANDIDATE
INTERVIEWS AND ASSESSMENT :
Likely prospects are interviewed
by B&B and evaluates each on the basis of experience and potential
cultural fit with the client organization.
CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
:
Confidential
written reports are typically submitted on four or five individuals
who most closely fit the position description.
CANDIDATE/CLIENT INTERVIEWS
:
B and B
Services schedules a mutually convenient appointment between
the client and each candidate, makes travel arrangements,
and handles reimbursement of travel expenses. After each interview,
B&B contacts both the client and the candidates for feedback.
CANDIDATE SELECTION :
Once
the client selects the final candidate, the consultant contacts
individuals who are capable of providing insights about the
candidate’s qualifications. The collective comments made by
these references are then reviewed with the client.
As
the search comes to a close, the B&B can assist in structuring
of the compensation package if the client desires. Once the
successful candidate is in place, the B and B Services work
together with the client to support the candidate’s successful
incorporation into the client team.
